stress reflection

The three points on self esteem that I have chosen to improve on were setting goals, recognize what you can change and what you cant, and make contribution. In the movie setting goals does not really relate because setting goals doesn't really help relieve stress. However, as it said in the film maybe thinking positively and ranking yourself high would be a little help toward relieving stress. My second point was recognize what you can change and what you can. This obviously relates to the film as people get stressed on what they cant achieve. Therefore the best way to relive stress for this point is recognize what you can change and what you cant, also accept who you are as it depends on your perception. Lastly contribution relates to the film as well. It is because in the film it said that one should help others, and take care.
